A.M.P. will focus on strengthening the internal strength and integrity of the body. Providing classes & videos to inspire and empower in three critical areas:
- Flexibility, or rang of motion, through the practice of yoga
- Fluidity, or the flowing transition, through the practice of tai chi
- Integrity, or inner stability, through the practice of chi gong
By holding public classes and sponsoring an increase in the availability of resources and education, A.M.P. intends to empower the average person to a sense of inner strength and self REALIZATION. Whether you call it consciousness, Prana, or Qi, the human body is circulation of energy, it's called self realization because the potential energy is always there, even before it is realized.
